RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love it! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us @paperdollsambler@gmail.com to get the return process started. Please include your full name as it appears on your account, order number & item(s) that you would like to return.

*We will reply within 48 hours to let you know if your item(s) are eligible for return(Please read ALL of the policy before emailing)

• If your item(s) are eligible, please return it, {with the return sheet completely filled out} within 14 days for a full STORE CREDIT.

* Return items must be in their original, new condition. They must still have tags attached, remain unwashed, unworn, free of odors, stains & pet hair/fur. 

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 • We do not offer exchanges due to high sell through in-store. 

 • Returns must be sent back via USPS & must be postmarked by 14 days of the delivery date.

• Your return must have tracking. We are not responsible for your package if it does not get delivered to us (this is why we require tracking).

• Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days to process your return for store credit. Include address for Store Credit to be mailed.

 • If you are local pick up, your 14 days begins on the day your order is filled, not picked up. You may bring your return to the store for Store Credit (must meet above conditions).

 • All SALE items are not eligible for returns. As well as bralettes, hair accessories, earrings, face coverings, hats, & hand sanitizer products for hygiene purposes.

 • Returns received after 14 days will not be honored- these items will be sent back to you at your cost or donated to a local charity.

 • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please call or email paperdollsambler@gmail.com for assistance before returning ( include order #).

 • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as defects and customer is responsible for return shipping.
